Southern Essentials, a charming western boutique, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. If you have a flair for creating engaging social media content, an eye for design, and a knack for staying organized, this is the perfect role for you! Must be located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Social Media & Order fulfillment Specialist

Duties

  • Develop and produce high-quality social media reels, posts, and stories that align with the Southern Essentials brand.
  • Must be interested in being in the social media reels and posts.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative ideas to showcase products, promotions, and lifestyle content.
  • Use video editing tools and applications to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately package and ship online orders from ShopSouthernEssentials.com with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by updating stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly to exceed customer expectations.

Experience

  • Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the western fashion and lifestyle aesthetic is a plus!
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or order fulfillment is a bonus.
